NEW IN HALLOWEEN RUMBLE
🚀 Engine Selection
In the Weapons Factory, every ship card now has a new “Engine Options” bar at the bottom with three choices: Rocket, Diffusion and Warp.
- By default, every ship uses its built-in engine.
- You can switch to any engine you have already researched.
- Refitting takes 15 minutes and then applies to all ships of that type.
- Rocket: base values
- Diffusion: speed x1.7, consumption x1.6
- Warp: speed x3, consumption x3
- A ship’s actual flight speed also depends on the research level of the selected engine.
- The currently selected engine is also shown in the flight time calculator, espionage reports, and the JSON output for the SI tool.
🛸 Ship Versions
The following ships can be built on all planets:
- Small Killer
- Titan Freighter
- Hangar Ship
- Collector Swarm
- Void Shield
- The Harbinger
Each version has its own engine selection.
👾 AlienBoss Event
Instead of Alien Waves, Halloween Rumble features a permanent AlienBoss with one shared health bar for all players.
- The Boss appears at 3 locations in the galaxy at the same time.
- You can attack each location once.
- After 10 to 20 hits, or after 6 hours at the latest, that Boss location moves on.
- You can attack the new location once again.
- You can attack with all ship types, without registration and without a global attack limit.
- Required ships and combat strength depend on the size of your account.
- Every hit rewards some Spice and 5 Mentor Stars, with no weekly limit.
If the Boss is defeated completely, every player who landed at least one hit receives 10 billion Transfer Spice for every account connected to their Bitmeup account in:
- RETRO
- GeNeSIS 2527
- Nexus
- Sirius
- Infinity
Requirements:
- at least 50 million points
- no Vacation Mode during the previous 7 days
You can additionally boost one of these accounts to 20 billion Transfer Spice.
The reward can be claimed on the event page.
If you do not claim it manually, the 10 billion Transfer Spice will be credited automatically after the round ends.
FURTHER CHANGES BASED ON YOUR FEEDBACK
These changes apply to all universes.
- Message Favorites: Every message now has a star in front of it. There is also a new “Favorites” filter in every mailbox. Favorite messages are preserved when using “Delete All” and are also excluded from automatic deletion – including espionage and battle reports. Up to 100 favorites per player are possible.
- Message Overview: The overlay now stays open as long as your mouse remains over it. Each row links directly to the corresponding mailbox.
- Outbox: Alliance circular messages are now shown as a single row with a read status, for example “8 of 22 read”. The “i” shows who has already read the message.
- Galaxy Scanner: Incoming Spacia reinforcement fleets now have a direct button to the Combat Simulator.
- Planet Relocation: Error messages during relocation and Raid Colony Warp are now displayed in your language.
- Specializations: Researcher Auto-Save and Miner Dome Shield now also apply in the highest zones, AZ 19 starting at 1 billion points and AZ 20 starting at 5 billion points. The Combat Simulator now also supports AZ 1 through 20.
- Fleet Quick Start: The Teleporter now displays its current charge as a bar, just like on the building page.
- Small Spacia Boosts: Loot is now 20–40% of a large Boost. Previously, it was 60%.
- 3D Map: Small Spacia Boosts now have their own badge. The player overlay in the beta design also no longer flickers.
- News: Forum news is now displayed on the homepage and in the game directly in your language. You can still open the original version via “Show Original”.
- Stability: Following the disruption on October 19, the affected areas were adjusted. Pages now continue running if there are issues with session storage instead of failing completely.
- Favorites Bar: Removing entries and changing their color now works without reloading, and the list stays where it is. New entries from the Galaxy appear immediately. “Clear” has its own dialog where you choose which colors are removed. If you add a planet where a Spacia is currently located, the entry is linked to it (small “S”). With the Spy Assistant, you can move such entries to the Spacia’s current position, either with a button or automatically.
Have fun with the Rumble!
Best regards,
Your SpaceInvasion Team
