Updates and Ham Party 2026

July 30, 2026Dschi

Greetings, Damorians!

Starting tomorrow, July 31, 2026, the great Ham Festival returns to the entire kingdom and will remain active until August 30, 2026!

Look forward to new features, exciting events, special bonuses and attractive discounts. An eventful month awaits you in Damoria!

🥓 The Ham Event

The Ham Event is once again a main event. This means that all Treasury expansions will be reset.

There are several ways to collect ham, which can then be exchanged for valuable bonuses:

  • Build the Butcher in your castles and let it produce ham.
  • Find hidden ham throughout the pages of Damoria.
  • Attack bandit camps with at least 100,000 units.
  • Hunt animals.
  • Use the Sorceress.

Wait a moment – ham from attacking wild animals?

That is correct!

🐺 New Feature: wild animals in Damoria

With this update, various new wild animals camps will begin appearing on the map.

We want to make the world of Damoria feel more alive and dynamic. After all, even in the Middle Ages, kingdoms had to learn how to deal with the wild animals living within their lands.

Different animal species can appear on the map. At first, these animals are harmless. However, they will reproduce over time, meaning that a small wolf pack can quickly grow into a much larger population that continues to spread across the map.

When a population becomes too large, the animals will grow aggressive and begin attacking nearby castles.

In plain terms: If you do not keep the wild animals under control, the animals will attack the workers in your castles!

Your troops will quickly repel these attacks, but some of your workers will be “killed” by the animals.

Do not worry: You will not permanently lose any workers. Affected workers will simply be blocked for three days. During this time, they cannot contribute to your castle’s growth or be used to recruit new troops.

You will also suffer minor penalties to:

  • resource production
  • troop recruitment speed

An overview of all active wild animals attacks can be found under:

Military → wild animals

This page will also show you when your blocked workers will return.

🏹 How Hunting Works

Each animal species can only be hunted with specific types of troops.

For example:

  • Wolves can be hunted using infantry units.
  • Bears require Berserkers and Paladins.

The permitted unit types and the minimum number of troops required are displayed directly on the map and inside the attack window.

If you send too few troops, the attack will have no effect.

However, you should not send unnecessarily large armies either, as your troops can also be killed during the hunt!

A single attack will only eliminate part of an animal population. To completely clear a wild animals camp, you will therefore need to attack it several times. Potential troop losses have deliberately been kept low.

Normally, killing wild animals does not provide any loot. At certain times, however, hunting can become especially rewarding.

To celebrate the feature’s launch, wild animals will reward ham throughout the Ham Event!

It may therefore be worthwhile to let a population grow for a while and strike at exactly the right moment.

🏆 New wild animals Ranking

A new ranking has been introduced for Damoria’s most dedicated hunters.

The ten best players will receive the title:

“wild animals Slayer”

This title will be displayed as a special achievement on the player’s profile.

We are very excited to hear your feedback about this new feature!

🔮 Sorceress Energy

Event period: July 31 to August 14, 2026

During the next two weeks, activating the Sorceress will reward additional energy:

  • 1 Energy for a free spell
  • 5 Energy for a Gold activation

The energy you collect can be used to unlock a variety of valuable bonuses.

🛒 Shop Promotions

Additional rewards will also be available in the shop whenever you purchase or spend Gold.

Throughout the entire Ham Event, you will also receive:

20% bonus Gold with every Gold purchase!

🗺️ The New 3D Map of Damoria

And that is not all!

We have been working on a completely new map for Damoria for quite some time.

The world of Damoria has grown significantly over the years. Today, the map contains many different castle types, bandit camps and now wild animals camps as well.

At the same time, some of the graphics still noticeably date back to 2008, while content from newer features already has a more modern appearance and is sometimes even animated.

We therefore want to take a major step forward:

You can now test a new 3D map of Damoria directly inside the game!

However, we want to make one thing very clear:

The new 3D map is currently in a testing phase.

Both BITMEUP and Dschi, the developer responsible for the feature, have already gained experience with 3D development. Nevertheless, a large-scale test across many different devices, browsers and systems can always reveal new and unexpected problems.

The castles and environmental elements have deliberately been designed with a low polygon count. This is intended to make the map accessible to more than just powerful high-end computers.

However, this also means that some models deliberately look simpler and less detailed. Please do not expect Triple-A graphics here. Our goal is to provide a performant 3D map that can run reliably on a wide range of PCs.

However, please note:

We currently strongly advise against using the 3D map on mobile devices. It has not yet been designed or optimized for mobile use.

💬 A Few Words from Dschi

The new map presents a first interpretation of how we imagine the world of Damoria.

We deliberately did not follow the existing world design exactly. World 1, for example, technically consists of one large open surface without any forests or lakes.

Instead, we wanted to create a map that feels like a living, inhabited land wherever you look, featuring visible activity, varied landscapes and an attractive environment – rather than one enormous “green field”.

It was especially important to us to highlight the landscapes and activities between the castles.

Some areas have been almost completely filled with castles by individual players or even entire alliances. Naturally, this does not always look ideal on a 3D map. However, we did not want to artificially spread the world too far apart. When an area looks like a massive wall of castles, that is part of Damoria and should be represented accordingly.

I have tried to give each castle type its own recognizable style, allowing you to quickly identify what kind of castle you are looking at.

At the moment, however, different development stages are not yet displayed. This means that a small castle with only a few points is currently the same size as a highly developed castle with a very large number of points.

By combining forests, meadows, lakes, bandit camps, wild animals camps and castles, I want to create a world that feels beautiful and alive – and hopefully allows you to become even more immersed in the world of Damoria!

🖥️ Opening the Map on a Second Screen

The map redesign also allows us to fulfil a request that several players have made in the past:

You can now open the map in a separate window on a second screen.

This also works with a single screen, although you will need to switch between the two windows more frequently.

When you click on a castle on the separately opened map, its information page will open in the main game window. Your position on the map will remain unchanged.

This allows you to hunt and explore much more efficiently, including:

  • bandits
  • wild animals
  • other players
  • the surrounding world

We hope you enjoy your time in Damoria, have a successful hunt and collect plenty of ham!

And remember:

🐻 Do not let the bears tear you apart!

Best regards,
Your Damoria Team
