Halloween 2026: Spooky Pass, Alien Boss, planet skins and the District Null Tower

October 28, 2026Dschi

Hello Space Pilots!

Halloween is just around the corner! In SpaceInvasion 2 things get really spooky from Friday, and one week later the Alien Boss shows up in the Alien Wave for the very first time.

And there is more happening on Friday: Our new game District Null launches. With the new District Null Tower you connect your city there directly with your empire in SpaceInvasion 2.

On top of that, there is the new Spooky Pass and the planet skins. Here is everything at a glance.

🏙️ District Null launches on Friday, October 30!

District Null is our new cyberpunk city simulation, and it is set right in the middle of the SpaceInvasion universe. On planet AZ884 you build your own city. Traffic, energy, fire brigade, police, schools and entertainment all run at the same time, and every house is alive.

Launch: Friday, October 30, 2026, 10:00 CET
Play: in your browser at district-null.bitmeup.com and on PC and Mac via the Epic Games Store. Most likely you can also join via Steam and on iPhone and iPad through the App Store. Android will follow.
Account: You play with your BITMEUP account, so with the same login as in SpaceInvasion 2. If you play via Steam, your Steam account must be linked to your BITMEUP account.

🗼 New in SpaceInvasion 2: The District Null Tower

The District Null Tower connects both games. Once it stands in your city in District Null, you can also build it in SpaceInvasion 2 and activate it with Spice.

How to unlock it

  • Play District Null with the same BITMEUP account. If you play via Steam, your Steam account must be linked to your BITMEUP account.
  • Found an Endless City there, grow it to 5,000 residents and build the District Null Tower in it. A Free City does not count.
  • After that, you can build the tower in SpaceInvasion 2 on the buildings page.

Construction and activation

  • Construction: once per universe on one of your planets, not on an Asteroid. Construction always takes 3 days, no matter how fast the universe is.
  • Cost: 500 million Metal, 250 million Kryptonite and 100 million Spice. The tower also earns you points.
  • Activation with Spice from the tower planet: 7 days for 100 million Spice or 30 days for 350 million Spice
  • Extending: during the last 24 hours of the runtime or after it has expired, at the full price. The new time is added to the remaining time, so nothing is lost.
  • Planet lost: Then the tower is gone too, and you may build it again. The runtime you paid for is kept.

Your bonuses while the tower is active

  • +10% mine production on the planet with the tower
  • +5% spice limit for aliens

🎃 Halloween event: Friday, October 30, to Sunday, November 8

👾 New in SpaceInvasion 2: The Alien Boss

From Friday, November 6, you fight the Alien Boss in the Alien Wave. It comes every other week, always from Friday to Thursday: November 6 to November 12, then from November 20, from December 4 and so on. In between, it rests for a week.

  • During boss week, boss holes appear one after another in the universe. Each boss hole accepts one attack from you.
  • Every attack takes up to 2 health points from the boss, depending on the combat power of your fleet.
  • The boss starts at level 1 with 100 health points, and every level adds 25 more. If you defeat it, it comes back one level stronger next time (up to level 10), otherwise one level weaker.
  • There are rankings for players and alliances. If several members of an alliance hit the same boss hole one after another, every further hit counts more for the alliance: 130%, 150%, 170% and from the fifth on 200%.
  • In the week after boss week, there are wave bonuses on spice limit or spice gain:
    • Boss defeated: 5% + boss level for everyone
    • Your place in the damage ranking: as many percent as the health you took from the boss, up to 100%. Place 1 gets at least 15%, place 2 at least 14% and so on down to place 15 with at least 1%.
    • Places 1 to 3 of the alliances: 10 / 5 / 2%
  • Until Halloween ends on November 8, every hit that deals damage also brings 100 to 200 Treats and 30 to 60 Tricks.
  • You can see health, remaining time and rankings in the menu under Alien-Wave, and during the rest week also the next date.

  • Temperature zones: Every skin fits one temperature zone (hot, temperate, cold) or all of them. The filter shows you what works on your planet.
  • Ring package: With the ring package (500 Urplasma, once) you switch a ring on or off on every planet (not for animated skins).
  • On the map: Other players see your skin on the map. If you don't choose one, you keep your usual planet image.
