Halloween 2026: Spooky Pass, pumpkin boss and the District Null Tower

October 28, 2026Dschi

Hello Space Pilots!

Halloween is just around the corner! In RETRO, GeNeSIS 2527, Nexus, Sirius and Infinity things get really spooky from Friday.

And there is more happening on Friday: Our new game District Null launches. With the new District Null Tower you connect your city there directly with your empire in SpaceInvasion.

On top of that, there is the new Spooky Pass, a Halloween boss with a production bonus for the whole universe and lots of improvements based on your feedback. Here is everything at a glance.

🏙️ District Null launches on Friday, October 30!

District Null is our new cyberpunk city simulation, and it is set right in the middle of the SpaceInvasion universe. On planet AZ884 you build your own city. Traffic, energy, fire brigade, police, schools and entertainment all run at the same time, and every house is alive.

Launch: Friday, October 30, 2026, 10:00 CET
Play: in your browser at district-null.bitmeup.com and on PC and Mac via the Epic Games Store. Most likely you can also join via Steam and on iPhone and iPad through the App Store. Android will follow.
Account: You play with your BITMEUP account, so with the same login as in SpaceInvasion. If you play via Steam, your Steam account must be linked to your BITMEUP account.

🗼 New in SpaceInvasion: The District Null Tower

The District Null Tower connects both games. Once it stands in your city in District Null, you can also build it in SpaceInvasion and activate it with Spice.

How to unlock it

  • Play District Null with the same BITMEUP account. If you play via Steam, your Steam account must be linked to your BITMEUP account.
  • Found an Endless City there, grow it to 5,000 residents and build the District Null Tower in it. A Free City does not count.
  • After that, you can build the tower in SpaceInvasion in the buildings menu.

Construction and activation

  • Construction: once per universe on one of your planets, not on an Asteroid, event or outpost planet. Construction always takes 3 days, no matter how fast the universe is.
  • Cost: 500 million Metal, 250 million Kryptonite and 100 million Spice. The tower also earns you points.
  • Activation with Spice from the tower planet: 7 days for 100 million Spice or 30 days for 350 million Spice
  • Extending: during the last 24 hours of the runtime or after it has expired, at the full price. The new time is added to the remaining time, so nothing is lost.
  • Planet lost: Then the tower is gone too, and you may build it again. The runtime you paid for is kept.

Your bonuses while the tower is active

  • +10% mine production on the planet with the tower
  • +5% spice limit for aliens
  • +10% yield from the Synth Former

You can also see the bonus in the Economy view of your tower planet:

  • New, black holes: Every alien hole now brings Treats and Tricks. The bigger the hole, the more you get.
  • New, Spacia: Every fight against a boosted Spacia brings 50 to 100 Treats. Normal Spacia attacks mostly bring Tricks, sometimes Treats too.
  • New, Halloween boss: More about it below.

🚀 Halloween in the SpacePass

The November SpacePass has the Halloween task “Obtain 10,000 Treats on Halloween”. Every Treat you earn counts, starting Friday, October 30. The task appears on Sunday, November 1, with the new SpacePass, and from then on you can collect the reward.

  • Free: Double production 72 h, 666,666,666 Spice and 66 IDT free spins
  • VIP: additionally 6,666,666,666 Spice and 100 IDT free spins

For the VIP reward you need the VIP of the November SpacePass.

👾 Halloween boss: Friday, October 30, to Thursday, November 5

  • Instead of one boss, five boss holes appear at the same time. You can recognize them by the pumpkin with tentacles. They all share one health bar, but the boss has five times as much health.
  • The Halloween boss is level 8. Your normal boss level is not affected.
  • Every hit that deals damage brings 100 to 200 Treats and 30 to 60 Tricks.

📈 New: The universe bonus

The more health the boss loses, the more the whole universe produces.

  • For every 1% of damage there is +4% production.
  • At 50% it is +200%. If the boss falls, it is +400%.
  • The bonus applies to all players in the universe until Thursday, November 5, 23:59 CET.
  • You can see your current bonus in the Economy view under “Event bonus: Halloween boss”.

Halloween week is an extra boss week. After that, the usual rhythm continues: On Friday, November 6, the normal boss arrives. Until the event ends on November 8, it also brings Treats and Tricks.

So every hit counts twice: for your own Treats and for everyone's production.

👻 Halloween Rumble

  • The Pumpkin Anomaly returns: After its fall in round #1, rounds #2 to #4 follow, each two levels stronger. On the event page you can see who defeated which round.
  • Spice reward from round #1: Everyone who dealt damage in any round gets it. So if you missed round #1, you can still join in.
  • Packages from round #2: Everyone who dealt damage in a round gets a package from Friday, October 30, with 5,000 Tricks, 3,000 war emblems and 250 mentor stars (stars only with an alliance). The package goes to every eligible account in the main universes: at least 50 million points and no vacation mode for 7 days. You can spend the Tricks right away in the Halloween shop.
  • “Invisible attack” now works: 100 invisible attacks per day are free, after that each one costs 5 Urplasma.
  • Anomaly in the menu: with a health display, now also in the old mobile view
  • Attack protection: The protection up to 10,000 points now also applies in the Rumble. The space rubble event does not take place there.
  • Assistants: Automatically active assistants now also bring Synth points.
  • Diffusion engine: now exactly ×1.7
