Event Rotation and Space Pass

September 7, 2026Dschi

Hello Space Pilots!

A lot has been happening in SpaceInvasion 2 recently – and we are not stopping there! With the introduction of Alien Week, the complete monthly event rotation from SI Classic is now ready for SpaceInvasion 2.

The currently active Treasure Chest Event will continue until Thursday, just like in SI Classic. The first Alien Week will then begin on Friday.

How the Event Rotation Works

The monthly rotation always starts on the first Friday of each month. Each event week runs from Friday at 00:00 until Thursday at 23:59.

If a month has a fifth Friday, that additional week will be event-free. The next rotation will then begin on the first Friday of the following month.

Week 1: Treasure Chest Event

Treasure Chests can now be collected throughout the entire event week.

Instead of the previous limit of 100 chests per day, there is now a weekly limit of 700 Treasure Chests.

This means you can decide for yourself when you want to collect them – whether you prefer to focus on the weekend, during the week, or spread your collection across the entire event week.

All Treasure Chests you have already collected since Friday have been credited accordingly.

Week 2: Alien Week

Regular Alien Waves will continue to take place every week as usual. During the special Alien Week, however, significantly higher limits will apply:

  • Up to 100% of your fleet can participate in an Alien Wave instead of the usual 25%.
  • The Spice limit is increased by 50%.
  • You can perform up to 300 attacks instead of the usual 100.
  • The cap for Alliance Stars earned from Alien Waves is increased by 1,000 Stars.

The Alien Boss will be added at a later date.

Week 3: Spacia Raid

During Spacia Raid Week, all Spacia planets produce five times the usual amount of resources.

Attack Spacia and secure your share of the loot! The Spice value of the resources you loot counts toward the Raid Ranking, which you can find on the right-hand side below the War Emblems.

The top players will receive War Emblems as rewards:

  • 1st place: 5,000 War Emblems
  • 2nd to 5th place: 2,500 War Emblems each
  • 6th to 20th place: 500 War Emblems each

Rewards will be paid out on the Friday following the Raid Week.

As you may already know from SI Classic, your share of the available loot decreases once you have collected larger amounts:

  • after 10 billion, your loot share is reduced to half
  • after 15 billion, your loot share is reduced to one quarter

Spacia itself only loses half of the amount of resources that you actually loot.

In addition, the Inactive Farmer mechanic does not apply to Spacia.

Week 4: Debris Field Week

During Debris Field Week, small and large Debris Fields will regularly appear throughout the universe and can be collected by all players.

New to SpaceInvasion 2 are instanced Debris Fields. Each player receives their own personal Debris Fields that are exclusive to them.

They appear within roughly ten systems around your planets, are only visible to you, and can only be collected by you.

Every 6 hours, these personal Debris Fields are replenished to a total of 40 fields per player. Their size increases along with your attack zone.

How Debris Fields Are Displayed on the Galaxy Map

An instanced Debris Field is not displayed as a separate field on the Galaxy Map.

If a regular Debris Field exists at the same position, the two amounts are combined for display purposes. This means you will initially see a single Debris Field showing the total amount of resources available at that position.

If even a single resource at that position belongs to your personal Debris Field, the field will be highlighted in orange on the Galaxy Map.

If it contains only a regular Debris Field, it will remain blue.

Orange therefore means that this position contains a personal share that only you can collect.

What Happens When Recycling?

When recycling a Debris Field, your personal Debris Field is collected first.

If your recyclers still have cargo capacity remaining afterwards, the rest of that capacity is used to collect resources from the regular Debris Field at the same position.

Other players cannot see or collect your personal share. From their perspective, only the regular Debris Field exists at that position.

Space Pass Note

For the Space Pass task “Recycle 100 complete Debris Fields”, only fully collected regular Debris Fields count toward the objective.

Your personal instanced Debris Fields do not count for this task.

Space Pass

Alongside the new event rotation, make sure to check out the new Space Pass, which you can access via the tile in the top-left corner.

Each event week comes with a corresponding task featuring both a free reward box and an additional VIP reward box.

If you are unable to complete a task, you can use Urplasma to boost the remaining progress.

All Treasure Chests you have already collected since Friday have also been credited toward the current Treasure Chest task.

We hope you enjoy the new event rotation and wish you the best of luck in the upcoming events!

Best regards,
Your SpaceInvasion 2 Team
